The Perfect Scenario
We have all spent hours of preparation studying the market, preparing the house, developing the marketing pieces - and suddenly - we have an offer
before we've even really begun! Did we price it too low? NO! Did we all do our job? YES! Together we created the ideal marketing presentation - and we got a little lucky, too. You priced your home so it was perceived as good value - in the buyer's eyes, you were so close to market that they did not want to risk losing it. You prepared your home to be sold. We exposed it immediately. The buyer had been looking and was ready.

This is our goal for every property we sell because it generates the greatest return for our sellers. Obviously it happens only occasionally because every factor has to be perfect, and we can't control them all. But if you get a little bit of
luck, perhaps you too can go from listed to sold and skip the in-between.
