STEP 1: The listing presentation including marketing plan
STEP 2: The listing contract, MLS input form, required
disclosure forms, and Agency Disclosure acknowledged and signed.
STEP 3: The moment I return to the office, the entire file is handed over to our Team, who initiate the processing, marketing systems and listing checklists.
STEP 4: Within 48 hours, the Team will call to introduce themselves and to set an appointment to take photos for advertising, internet, highlight sheets, just listed cards and to arrange for a key if I have not already taken care of this. WE will also set up the Windermere office tour, if appropriate, and offer our future assistance.
STEP 5: The listing is processed. All ads are written now and all new listings are advertised in the Saturday Showcase of Homes in the Bellingham Herald.
STEP 6: The "For Sale" sign is ordered and installed.
STEP 7: The Photo Gallery is submitted to the Windermere Internet site.
STEP 8: Flyers are prepared for the outside flyer box. A site book is prepared with the flyer holder for the inside of the house. A FAX package is made ready for inquiries by buyers and agents. Sometimes, we also prepare a slide disk or video for mailing.
STEP 9: Current Seller's Program: The seller is kept informed by packages which are mailed about every 2-3 weeks.
STEP 10: Seller is entered in the Contact Management System
STEP 11: Start Packing!!
