Important: As we track every single sale, we focus our advertising and energies in the direction the sale "originated" from! History repeats itself.

1. Every week Windermere has a color ad in our local paper, "The Bellingham Herald". Herald's Distribution

2. "The Real Estate Book" - Toll free request line to us.

3. Every issue (monthly) one or more pages are displayed in the Harmon Magazine which expands our exposure to the entire U.S. and Canada

4. In addition, your home is being exposed to 483 Whatcom Realtors (14,000 in the state) through our advanced computer system & convenient M.L.S. catalogues. (Approx. 93% of all the homes sold in Whatcom County are through our Multiple Listing Service) Supplements are used to enhance this copy.

5. Networking is the most important aspect of marketing. There are two opportunities to personally "pitch" your listing twice weekly at WCAR Board of Realtors meeting & Breakfast Club meeting.

6. Flyers distributed to all Whatcom County agents. Your home will be featured on internet sites.

7. Relocation referral services (buyers coming into area) through CRS, ABR, Harmon, and the Whatcom County Assoc. of Realtors.

8. After every showing "the Team" calls or sends out our client "feedback form" which offers the Realtor an opportunity to win an original Wyatt painting. (Approx. 75% of Realtors fax back their feedback forms or call & these are then put in the sellers package) Sales, showings, offers and attendance at Broker's Opens qualify agents for special monthly drawings.

9. Our numerous ad calls are handled by either JoAnne, Bob or Wes personally. We offer a guaranteed "track program" to potential purchasers who have not yet sold their present home.

10. Every week, the Wyatt team updates their list of current listings and reviews marketing strategies to "personally" promote your listing amongst the top agents in the industry. (Approx. 30% of all listings are sold by direct personal promotions)

II. Every week or two, a sellers package is prepared by the "Team" and mailed or delivered by JoAnne. (Includes number of showings, feedback forms, copy of ads & marketing, and educational items.)

12. Every other week, JoAnne will personally call for an update and! or suggestions for possible changes if needed.

13. All offers are presented with your agent in attendance. Do not allow presentations without your personal advisors!

14. All appointments for appraisals and home inspections are set up and coordinated by the Wyatt Team. Do not verbally agree to any work orders unless you have discussed this with your personal agent.

15. All contingencies are followed up by JoAnne until the pending stickers are on the sale sign. Escrow is opened and we proceed toward your closing.
