What happens after we sign?
As a Buyer or Seller, it is extremely important that you are aware of all time frames and deadlines so that you do not jeopardize your position in the transaction.
You will receive a schedule after you sign which outlines the details---no guess work! Items on this schedule mayor may not include: lender deadlines, inspections, work order completion dates etc. . .
This is also sent to the other agent involved so there are no
misunderstandings. Every effort is made to keep all parties
involved in the transaction current on what needs to be done and when it needs to done.
After the Sale
- You will receive an information booklet, "They Bought our House - Now What," upon mutual agreement by all parties.
- Copies of the sale information will be sent by our Team to the lender, escrow and or title company as indicated in the agreement.
- We will coordinate all inspections and appraisals with your help.
- If the buyer is present during the inspection, this is a perfect time to explain any mechanics or idiosyncrasies about your home.
- Our clients sit back and relax until the escrow officer contacts them for signing a few days before transferring of title. All distribution of keys are personally handled by the Wyatt Team.
- After moving, every client will always be kept informed of our local real estate market through our monthly newsletter & updates.
- Windermere and the Wyatt Team hosts events such as Mobile Blood Drives, Habitat for Humanity, Windermere Foundation, Coloring Contests, Sunflower Contests, Christmas Santa Programs and once in a while, an art show.
- Our Team is equipped with five state of the art computer systems, digital photo equipment, complete email and internet capabilities and we have intra-office staff meetings to ensure all clients are being properly serviced.
- Your satisfaction is the only acceptable result.
Our personal "Change of Address" service is available to all our clients.
